Bài 11: Numbers six and seven

Introducing 6 and 7.

Starry, do you remember the poem.

One, two buckle my shoes.

Three, four shut the door.

Five, six pick up sticks.

The number six. How do we reach that number? We go 1-2-3-4-5 and 6.

Now, raise hand up and count with me!

begin 1-2-3-4-5 now let’s have 6. I got it.

Let us do it again.1-2-3-4-5-6. Good, Starry!

You have just count this to the number 6.

Starry, here are some sticks.

Shall we count them together Starry?1-2-3-4-5-6,6 sticks.

Now back to the poem, Starry.

Five, six pick up the sticks.

Seven, eight lay them straight.

Raise hand up. Let us count on us fingers Starry!

1-2-3-4-5-6 and the next number is 7.

Good Starry. Now you have learnt to count till 7.

Here are the six sticks again Starry!

I will now add one more to them.

Now, how many sticks do we have? 1-2-3-4-5-6-7, 7 sticks.

Let us put them all in the straight line.1-2-3-4-5-6-7 sticks.

Look at these pots Starry!

We have 1-2-3-4-5-6, 6 pots each having different coloured flowers.

Let us count the number of red flowers.1-2-3-4-5-6,6 red flowers.

Now the blue one.1-2-3-4-5-6-7, 7 blue flowers.

Shall we count these beautiful orange one? 1-2-3-4-5-6, 6 orange flowers.

What about these white one? 1-2-3-4-5-6, 6 again, 6 white flowers.

Here are the yellow flowers.

Start counting Starry.1-2-3-4-5-6-7,7 yellow flowers.

And now finally, these purple flowers.1-2-3-4-5-6, 6 purple flowers.

Excellent Starry! You have learn the number 6 and 7.
